Put the meat in a clean sufuria,put on fire and allow to dry then add two mugs of water to boil..

Add 1/2 table spoon of salt and cover to boil until the water dries..

Once the water has dried add oil, stir and allow to dry for about 2 mins.

Add onions and capsicum then stir.

Add tomatoes and salt then cover for few seconds.

Uncover then stir. Add dania then fry for 2 mins..
