Place prepared stuffing in center. Sealed it properly and make flat ball. make all other balls and keep a side.

  4. Heat the oil and fry the prepared ghari till light brown in colour. One by one fry all Ghari and keep it on napkin to absorb access oil. Then deep the Ghari In prepared ghaee and sugar paste for outer coating. Keep it in fridge for 1-2 hr..
