Ingredients of Vegetable kurma

  1. You need 1 cup of onion, chopped.

  2. It’s 1 cup of carrot.

  3. It’s 1 cup of beans.

  4. It’s 1/4 cup of green peas.

  5. You need 1 cup of potato.

  6. It’s 1 cup of tomato chopped.

  7. You need 2 of green chilly.

  8. Prepare 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.

  9. It’s 1/4 cup of grated coconut.

Vegetable kurma instructions

  1. Chop the veggies.

  2. Place d veggies in a pressure cooker for 3 whistle with turmeric powder and some salt except onion and tomato.

  3. Make paste of rest of the ingredients except tomato and onion with some water.

  4. Paste looks like this.

  5. In a pan add oil n onion . Sauté till it becomes golden brown.

  6. Add tomatoes to it. Saute until it becomes mushy.

  7. Add that paste to it. . Mix well until it becomes very thick . And oil starts oozing out.

  8. Now add cooked veggies and mix well. . Let it cook for 2 mins.

  9. Switch off the flame n garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
