  1. You need 1 1/2 cup of maida / all-purpose flour.

  2. It’s 1/2 litre of Water.

  3. Prepare 7-8 of ice cubes.

Ghevar step by step

  1. In a bowl add ice cubes and ghee and beat it till it becomes fluffy.

  3. Now heat ghee in a deep pan,flame should be high throughout cooking process,now with the help of paddle pour the batter from a height into the pan and with the help of rolling pin make a center hold in the batter and once first paddle batter sticks on the edges pour another batter with paddle,this way repeat the process to make ghevar of desired thickness.

  4. For chasni :add sugar and water in pan and make chasni by dissolving the sugar,make chasni sticky but not one or two thread (because if it’s thick ghevar won’t absorb it).

  5. Pour the chasni on ghevar for six to seven times and keep it at room temperature for resting at least five to six hours do that it soak the syrup.

  6. Tip :it can be served as it is or cans be topped with rabdi.
