  1. It’s 2 cup of Poha - (soaked).

  2. Prepare 1 of Onion - finely chopped.

  3. It’s 1/4 cup of Matar.

  4. Prepare 1 of Potato - small sized (finely chopped).

  5. Prepare 1/4 cup of Peanut.

  6. It’s 2 of Green Chilli - finely chopped.

I have sampled many versions of this wonderful vegan dish.

My north Indian friends season it with peanuts while a few of my Maharashtrian friends add fresh green peas to their kanda - batata.

It was mild and had a sweet taste, with More moist poha stays soft for long time.

So again give more resting time with little more water.
